Hi there, I am so sorry for your heartache, we all know it all too well. You are not alone, even though you will probably feel alone much of the time. I am so thankful you came here to share. Please come back. I understand what you mean by no "one" drug of choice. Many times the only drug of choice is "more" of anything at all, as long as it numbs them. Your son is young and that could be a plus. I wish I had the answers, but none of us truly do. My only advice would be to take a strong stand and I do mean strong now, before it gets harder. Now he is still a minor and there are more options for you. There is hope, always. The bottom line is that it is up to them. There is no amount of money that will do the trick. Seems like they either hit bottom and wake up and decide to live or they don't. My hope and prayer is that Ian will decide to live. I will keep you in my thoughts and prayers, please keep coming back. We come and go here depending on our current situations, but we do come back, so keep coming, There are wonderful people here from all walks of life that care. Stay strong my dear, Ann
